Terms and Conditions:
1) Bookings, other than phone, will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to departure/arrival. Phone bookings will be accepted up to 12 hours before but will be subject to best available pick up time.
2) Fare includes one piece of baggage plus one carry on bag (less than 7kgs). $10 for every bag over and above 1 suitcase and a carry on bag. Oversized items, for example surfboards, child carriages, bicycles etc, must be advised in advance and may be subject to space available. Unnotified items maybe charged for and carried on an available space basis or carried on a later vehicle.
3) While every effort will be made to assist, the company takes no responsibility for the affects caused by the late or early arrival/departure of aircraft. Late arrivals will be, subject to space available, transferred to the next available Raglan Shuttle Service at no extra cost.
Cancelation of a return booking within in 48 hours or more the passenger is given a non transferable credit. Cancelation in less than 48 hours of travel there is no refund
4) This is a door to door service and pick up times maybe changed to meet operational requirements at any time.
5) It is the responsibility of all passengers travelling on any Raglan Shuttle Service to allow sufficient time to get to the airport. International passengers MUST allow a minimum pick up address to the Airport time to ensure they are there 2 hours before their flight. Raglan Shuttle Service can help in advising a suitable pick up time. Domestic passengers need to be at the Airport at a time recommended by the respective airlines.
6) For passengers arriving at Auckland International - it is expected that you will take about 60 minutes to be processed and enter the arrivals hall. Unless you contact the company on 0800 153 159 about any delay, the shuttle may depart after 90 minutes. Flight arrival times and delays for other passengers through customs and immigration can factor into this shuttle departure time. Very late arrivals will be stepped down to the next available Raglan Scenic Tours vehicle.
7) If you are carrying a cellphone with you while you are travelling, ensure it is switched on after you land as an added security so that the drivers and Raglan Shuttle Service team can contact you.
